HAPPY TAX DAY!

It seems entirely appropriate to commemorate April 15th from a Healthcare Reform perspective, given the creative taxation gymnastics from which the bill derives a big chunk of its funding.

Have you ever found yourselves wondering what amazing things could be accomplished by hackers in the technology world if they focused their energies on doing good? These evil geniuses always seem to be one step ahead of those who play by the rules (let alone the regulators).

The same train of thought comes to mind about our always innovative tax policy makers... imagine if that creativity was directed toward finding ways for the government to do more with less!

Alas, tis but a dream.
