Rhonda Rayha-Teegarden joined Equity Risk Partners in March 2010. A professional in risk and insurance services for more than 20 years, she leads the marketing team within the firm’s Property & Casualty practice, and is responsible for managing client relationships and performing due diligence on new transactions. Prior to joining Equity Risk Partners, she spent eight years at Aon Risk Services where she was Managing Director – Commercial Risk Brokerage. Before her work at Aon, she spent seven years at Marsh, holding increasing management positions throughout her years of service at each company. Ms. Rayha-Teegarden also holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
